"Great hotel and location. The amenities are wonderful for families with young children."

"We were given a room that was already occupied by other guests, which put us in a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation. Later, we were assigned another room, but the shower wasn’t working, so I had to bathe using the bathtub. Also, there was a very strong smell of chlorine throughout the entire apartment, which was overwhelming. The positive side is that it’s located 10 minutes or less from Disney, and the rooms are actually large, full apartments that are very spacious and comfortable."

"Room wasn’t clean every day, when I called and asked the service desk that told me that they cleaned the room a day before and they don’t do it every day. I stay there 6 nights, room got cleaned once. Staff more concerned to send you to the concierge which will try to sell Marriott Pulse packages than to accommodate you Also there were short staff and check in lasted 45 minutes"

"Breakfast was great! Shuttle communication about where they pick up could have been better, but we managed. Last minute pricing as we got stuck due to cancelled flights in Florida was excellent!"
