"Check in/out was simple and quick, plentiful parking and lots of places to eat nearby. The room was clean and ready, the shower did not have a lot of pressure and was not incredibly hot. Overall a a good stay and we would stay here again."

"I loved everything tbh. However, I got pissed off on a few occasions because the pools were supposedly due to lightning in the area when there was evidently no light just dark overcast skies with no rain. And after contacting the front desk on quite a few occasions to confirm that the pool was open eventhough the slides were shut down and given a green light just to to downstairs and for the lifeguards to constantly send the children out the pool. That made me got super hot because not only was it frustrating for the children but I have bad muscle cramps in my leg and imagine having to go back and forth with 1occassion the elevator being broken and i was on the 6th floor. Other than that everything was great, great place."

"Felt like our room was not properly cleaned. There was trash sticking out from under one of the beds and the room had a smell. They offered to come reclean it quick for us but it was late at night and my kids had already fallen asleep"

"The hotel was really nice and really well kept. The staff was super nice and it made everything really easy to find everything here. The biggest suggestion I would have for the hotel is to do a little bit better job with the monitoring in the hallways. Unfortunately, during our night stay here there were constantly kids running all over the hallways at one in the morning, 6 AM, 7 AM, and so on and so forth. As a person with two teenagers and two small kids, I understand that everyone is here to have fun. But when upstairs and next-door sounds like monkey Joe’s jumping bounce, houses, and smashing, slamming everything around to where it sounds like it’s inside of your own room- that’s just completely inconsiderate. For the first time in my entire life after traveling years and years and years, I actually had to call the hotel security and ask them to please check their cameras. At all hours, kids were doing dingdong ditch. This morning alone twice from 8 AM to 9 AM. As amusing as this might be for some people, it gets old very quick when it happens both nights and also when you’re in the middle of checking for anything left and getting everybody ready so that you can leave. Everybody wants to have a good experience and while noise in a shared space is expected as people are lugging things, we shouldn’t be woken up at midnight or one in the morning or two in the morning because people can’t run outside of the hotel instead of in the hallways back-and-forth back-and-forth."

"The staff is always amazing here and very friendly. Rooms are always clean, and if you ever need something, they are quick to take care of it for you. Take advantage of everything at the Doubletree, including the breakfast cafe, the coffee shop, and at night the bar and pizza place located right on the property. My family has been going here for years, and it's always a great experience. The shuttle takes you right to Universal Studios, and for those who like to venture like me, there is a public transportation bus stop that will take you to the malls, SeaWorld, and the strip on International Drive!!"
