We absolutely loved this property and will definitely come here again. The house was super clean and it was super easy to reach the staff with any questions! Our favorite part was the pool. It’s not too far from Disney and there were plenty of restaurants near by.

Lovely Rental Home

Lovely home, very clean and comfortable. The owners team makes you feel very welcome and communicate very well. Home is located in a safe area and near several restaurants and shops. 10-15 minutes from the attractions yet far enough away to rest and relax. We love the Davenport area and would highly recommend definitely staying with this group. Great experience.

Pictures were true to the stay. Furniture was to be expected but still very clean . Truly enjoyed the area and was great to have a business partner come down and enjoy the stay in Florida. Would definitely come back if had the chance

It was just ok. Was not as nice as the pictures. You could tell was a rental how beat up everything was. Rugs dirty, walls scuffs all over them, shower door didnt move and holes in couches. Location hard to get to. Constant backups on highway 4. What should be 20 min drive would be tripple that.

This was by far the worst property that I or my family have ever had the misfortune of staying at! Destroyed furnishings , No working internet, and Gas fumes from your apparent leak, rendering the pool area unusable . Side note, our front-side trash can was never emptied from the previous guest. My children and myself had to pass by a bin loaded with liquor bottles every time we entered and exited the property.

This property was perfect, we were pleasantly surprised! We thought the beds in the themed room would be child sized but upon arrival noticed they were queens which was really nice! The pool was refreshing. The place was very clean and crisp. Nice bedding and towels. The hosts were kind and helpful, provided all resources we needed and the check in and checkout was smooth! On the downside - I’m not sure if the hot water tank is shared with more than one unit, on two of the nights we got home and it took a couple hours before we could have a hot shower. Also there is little supplies but it does specify this in the ad. You’ll need all spices, oils, basic needs like coffee and tea sugar etc. although it comes with starter pack of toiletries, soaps, and paper products it would be nice if things like a broom, all purpose and windex was supplied as most tables are glass. Also the kitchen only had silverware for 4 although the house is for 8 (we had 7), no cheese grater and no mixing bowls. Also it says 3 bathrooms but really it’s 2.5 the third is just a sink and toilet and is outside —- which was actually a bonus for us to have a bathroom by the pool was an awesome touch! Overall - would certainly stay again!
