El hotel está en el corazón de Orizaba. Cuenta con estacionamiento, está a pie de varios lugares turísticos y está sumamente céntrico. El servicio del personal es excelente. Solo un comentario, el servicio del room service no es completo a la carta de restaurante. No quisieron subirme un café en los desayunos cuando si tenían. Fuera de eso es un hotel altamente recomendable
