"I liked the staff in the lunch/dinner rooms. Always friendly. Not all reception staff were friendly. Why do they allow dogs? Dog poo all around perimeter of building and incessant barking from one particular dog on a couple of nights. "Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in.
