"We booked the Pierre & Vacances as a last minute trip, to escape the terrible British weather. Given that it was the school holidays in the UK, the cost was very reasonable and honestly, was worth every cent and more. The apartment was well equipped and modern, with a great view of 2 of the pools. There are 3 pools in total (1 with jacuzzi, 1 with a slide and 1 with a childrens area). "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. "Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service. "
