"The owners of the hotel clearly care about the property and take care of it. The rooms were very clean and well outfitted. The hotel surrounds a pretty courtyard that is blocked off from the roads with green space & a pool. I thought it was a nice little place."

"OK--- super dirty . main door was broken, tv remote didn't work, a/c wouldn't cool below 24 degrees Celsius , could not get wi-fi , staff was partying at 4 in the morning, they woke me up . i went to bathroom and found out i had no hot water , they didnt seem to give a s**t , they said they would look at it in the morning . and i said yes just in time for the next guys, he agreed i said i need a shower in the morning could I use another room for showering, he said sorry NO . it was getting cold around 4 am and guess what next NO furnace operation , this straw broke the camels back i FOUND GRAVEL OR SAND IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BED UNDER COVERS AND PULLED ALL THE COVERS BACK ALL KINDS OF THICK BLACK LONG HAIRS AND I HAVE SHORT GREY AT 75 YEARS OLD . there was a lot more about the dirtiness but you've heard enough, I'm going to call the health department and have them inspected. I EXPECT A FULL COMPENSATION FOR THAT STAY AND DONT LET ANOTHER CUSTOMER STAY THERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD."
