"It was a good stay, we came to gamble and that’s what we did, Casino itself is not one that offers to many wins, even small wins would be nice!! Room was nice but definitely needs so refurbishing!! Things need to be painted and really needs a deep clean, sadly the smoking room in casino really leaves the whole hotel with a slight smoky smell!! Rooms window was full of bird crap not nice to look at when you want to look outside! I have stayed here couple times before and it was great but this time you can tell it time to do some cleaning and necessary upkeep !! Staff was helpful and friendly, we had lots of luggage not one person was at the front door to help us with it, and couldn’t steer luggage cart was just to heavy for me and still guys doing nothing behind the desk just sat there!! No one of them helped us out as we banged into walls and couldn’t turn corners!! Sadly I think this will be the last time I visit silver Reef 💔"

"It’s very basic considering the cost. The bed is very soft and not particularly comfortable with 2 people of different weights. Everything just felt a bit thrown together, which is ok but at this price point we had higher expectations."
