"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. Opening earlier and closing a bit later would make the experience even more relaxing. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended!"

"Fabulous 10 day stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and always readily available to help you if required. Breakfast and pool facilities were excellent, and it is well situated for the short walk into Bardolino. The housekeeping staff did a great job - our room was always spotlessly clean.
The hotel also arranged taxi transport (at a reasonable cost) to and from Verona airport. If we return to Bardolino we would certainly stay here again. "

A wide variety available at breakfast and our evening meal at the restaurant was delicious. This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will be back. "

"This place is a total gem. It was a little quiet as out of season and i guess its not so touristy as some areas but if you hire a car you can do so much with this as your base.
The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.
There was lots of snacks drinks and other essential items to purchase in the foyer.
The rooms are spacious and quiet and the beds comfortable. The shower was aleays hot.
The only thing it was missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a little onsite bar would have been perfect "
