Wonders Boutique Hotel

"I love Wonders Boutique Hotel so much. The staff were amazing atmosphere. The hotel was like a little hidden gem with such a good vibe and so close to town. I walked most every day and never felt unsafe. I will be back one day and stay at the same hotel. I highly recommend this to anyone, especially a solo lady traveling alone. Also the shuttle to the beach was a very good accommodation, I really appreciated that so much. I met other guest there and had some amazing conversations!! Thanks for having me!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort, especially if you plan to take full advantage of all the amenities it has to offer. We loved our two-bedroom unit. We had originally requested a one-bedroom since our kids are still young, but we were pleasantly surprised with the extra space. The unit was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the appliances and essentials we needed during our stay. The BBQ area was one of our favorite amenities, and we also appreciated seeing the security team regularly patrolling the property, which made us feel safe throughout our visit. One thing our group noticed was the apparent lack of a visible lifeguard at the pool. If lifeguards were on duty, they weren't easy to spot. If there aren't any assigned to the pool area, having them would be a great addition to enhance guest safety. Another big plus is the location. Super Food Plaza is only about a five-minute walk from the north end of the resort, making it very convenient to pick up groceries and other essentials. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The only downside—and this has nothing to do with the resort—was the constant wind and intense heat once the sun came up. That's just part of the island's climate. We'd happily stay here again!"

"The swim up pool and slide at this hotel was good for kids. The room was spacious but outdated compared to the other Divi hotels. All inckusive is very confusing, we had friends staying at the other Divi resort and I had to buy the Mega all inclusive to be able to eat with them and use thier amenities. Overall the other all inclusive Divi had direct access to the beach and better food options. The golf Divi had better pool options and less food options."

"When reading reviews before booking I found only 2 negatives: 1. no direct beach access, 2. smell of waste water treatment facility located near by. Yes, both are true, but totally insignificant. 1. Yes, you have to cross the road to get to the beach, but the road is narrow and traffic is very light and distance from hotel to beach is only about 2 minutes - so this is no issue. 2. The smell - yes there is a smell sometimes (2-3 times per day, but not every day, lasts only maybe 30 minutes, not on the beach only around hotel) - the smell is not pleasant but also not terrible. It is not "fecal odor" type but rather "fermenting odor" (like when you are passing beer brewery) and because there is a constant breeze or wind it is bearable - so this is no issue. Now the good things: hotel is well equipped, clean, employees at reception are efficient and pleasant (we needed a rental car, they arranged for one within minutes and car rental picked us up). Buildings are 1 story so no need to ride elevators, there are no crowds, no rowdy teenagers - simply you feel like you came to visit your favored relatives for holidays. Beach is clean, turquoise water without any sea weeds, free beach chairs and palapas (fyi 2 chairs with umbrella for non-hotel guests cost $40). And last but not least - price of this hotel is reasonable comparing to high rise hotels at Palm Beach. On the other hand, if you are young, single and want to mingle you should choose Palm Beach, there is a lot of "action"."
