First Day Hotel on Aruba
Property was pitiful, small, dirty, bugs, inadequate shower, couldn’t flush toilet paper, was told by checking host we needed to put to in the trash and not the toilet. Extremely small room, air didn’t work and no lock on the door. Want a full refund, didn’t stay ever one hour.

Holiday Inn Resort Aruba - Beach Resort & Casino by IHG
The staff at the front desk and the pool/towels area were RUDE. Seem to forget who is paying for the stays and HOW MUCH we are paying as guests. It is evident there is NO CARE for Customer Satisfaction. The Bar Tenders were ALL good and polite. Also - the noise at night from the neighboring properties ...
