My loved was so comfortable with Willy, she had gotten mom to face-time with Willy. He made both of the ladies feel so special and seen. He invited 'mom' to come on a visit next time. It was amazing watching the three of them interact on 'facetime'. Go see Willy when having breakfast at the PALMS for breakfast. Tell Willy that 'white chocolate' sent you! "The food choices were excellent and very fresh! All rooms have an ocean view, and you can hear the waves while you’re sleeping! It’s so peaceful!"

"It is a small resort, and the property is very clean. The staff is friendly when checking in, but they leave at 6:00 pm, and you have to WhatsApp them to get anything. However, it is 20 minutes away from any restaurants and main tourist areas. You absolutely need a car or taxis to get anywhere. In addition, the steps getting in/out of the pool area is very slippery, and my wife fell there and hurt herself."

"We had an issue with the adjoining rooms, paper thin and noisy. There were kids screaming, all parts of the day and night. Security was notified but the issue was Never resolved. We were Forced to change rooms, at an additional cost of $400 to continue and enjoy our vacation. The pool area, which was supposed to be smoke free, was Not. People were smoking around the pool area with No enforcement. Hot tubs were too Hot to use or others too cold. Service was Good by the employees but it seemed there was a lot on the job training was going on frequently. The location was convenient and hope to return again to Aruba. We were very Upset, considering our inconvenience, that were charged $400 to upgrade, especially since the disruption we had was Not corrected. Overall, the employees did the best they could considering the circumstances. I asked to talk to a Manager twive, but All messages were relayed thru employees with No concern for myself or others in my party or friends with us. Thank you for your concern of this Matter. Gary"

"Our only issue since we were there for only one night pre flying home, was late check in & early time that the room needed to be checked out . Wouldn’t do this again unless we could stay for longer . After staying at another Divi property for one month ( which was great) , this one night here was stressful! "

"Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Booked through Expedia and hotel charged $200 at check-in, still waiting for it to be credited back. Location by Eagle Beach and La Cabana restaurants make it a great choice."

"loved the fact that they offer rental vehicles onsite. there is like a $500 deposit and 50.00 for room. but it def beats uber or bus for the convenience. we are like 15-20 min from eagle beach, palm beach is like 5 min or so further, its actually the same coastline, different sections. there is jetskiing avail at eagle beach beach chairs for 10.00 ea, a bar/restaurant o. the beach, we were also close to the waterpark, but into the mountainside in the desert, and our atv vehicle meeting spot was also closeby. no bathtub in the room, but the shower was awesome! nice views from the patio. full fridge, gas stove, microwave, couch, basic cable, two a/c's with remote, pool in the courtyard...should be on the side for privacy, but oh well. covered gazebo for nightime eating/drinking n socializing. and gas grill onsite. hotel shuttle avail! there is a supermarket within walkin distance because the hotel is in the neighborhood Tanki Leendert, numerical address...121-k. type in tanki leendert 121-k. i used waze and got around fine. "
