"I like we can used all amenities , the thing I don’t like the dishes not well clean, and the Le Cafe place staff not welcome always in happy faces, and grumpy never look at customer, only we give tips they say hi otherwise upset faces, blender not clean well not sanitize well… but with over all everything well,"

"The food was fantastic, from the pizza and paninis at poolside to the different cuisines at the restaurants. Just make sure to make your first night reservations BEFORE you go(at least 3 days) in advance on the website, We could not get reservations and no one had reminded us of the pool bar food so we had to go to an expensive restaurant our first night . We did try the Mexican buffet but really that was awful"

"Very nice secluded location. Only 10mins from airport! Rooms were nice and the pics posted were accurate, also a rental car is recommended if wanting to go on the public beaches/stores. Only issue was the posting mentioned a washer onsite, but we couldn’t find one."

"This was the cleanest resort we have ever stayed on in Aruba. The service was top notch, the food was incredible poolside bites, all the restaurants and drinks. It had a cafe with coffee and food that was so convenient, it had healthy options for meals. The service was phenomenal. Maid service came 2-3 times a day to freshen the room and give more towels and the turn down service was the cherry on top!! Pools were so relaxing and amazing. All of the cushions and chairs were clean and high end. The music was great, all the rooms had connectable Bluetooth to play your own music in the room and balcony. It was serene and quiet and the beach was large and beautiful. We could not have asked for a more relaxing 8 days."

"I honestly loved my stay with Privada, they have amazing customer service!! Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. We loved the amenities provided as well, especially the beach set up including chairs, a cooler, and snorkeling gear. We rented out an umbrella for $50 for 2 days which completed the set up and made it easy for our beach trips. We ended up running into a small issue with the umbrella and I reached out through the app and the staff was able to fix the issue very quickly. They even brought a replacement to the beach we were at! The app is very useful and even has local recommendations for good eats. The place was very clean and cozy. Pool was nice. Shower pressure was good. They have an ice machine next to the lodge and which is perfect. The ACs do shut off a few times throughout the day but we didn’t mind this at all. I genuinely have no complaints we really enjoyed our stay and will be staying with Privada when we return to Aruba!!!"
