"This property was very disappointing. The synopsis about the property made it sound very cozy and comfortable and it was just the opposite. I have never stayed in a place that was in such a poor condition."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic. The staff was so accommodating. It is in the center of all the shopping mall. It was fantastic. The pool has an amazing view towards the ocean. And the best part is, you can use all the amenities from the other resort. This is definitely a five out of five stars for me. I hope it’ll be the same for you."
"Some of the restaurants staff were rude!! Butnit was good bypassing that!! And the only issue i see its not having coffee machines available all day and closing the restaurant and your not able to crab a coffee or anything!! But had a great time of course improvement is always better!!"
"It would have be helpful to know they had an app that said the activities and that you could make reservations for dinners.
Wish we could get mimosas or Bloody Marys at breakfast.
Also, I wish they had a snack station during the day. Example: fries, nachos, etc.
Ice cream or some sort of a night time snack.
We will definitely stay at that resort again."
Privada Stays - Private Pools & Colorful-Chic Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We had such a wonderful stay at Privada. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. One of the first things we noticed was how beautifully designed everything was — the colors and foliage throughout the property were vibrant yet relaxing, and the overall vibe felt modern, cozy, and thoughtfully curated.
The amenities truly made our stay even more enjoyable. They provided us a cooler, lounge chairs, beach towels and even had snorkel gear and games in each room. We usually have to buy these items when vacationing so this was a nice and thoughtful plus to our trip. It was true indoor/outdoor living because you had your own outdoor kitchen area with your own plunge pool! This was by far the most unique part of the room. The main pool is beautiful as well with many lounge chairs with umbrellas.
The staff were friendly and attentive. By bringing us a cold towel for our face while at the pool, every detail seemed carefully planned to make the guest experience truly wonderful.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable getaway!"
"Nice easy walk to the beach, our room had a smell so we had to switch rooms. The staff was very friendly and nice and the restaurants were delicious! Best to upgrade to the deluxe for more food options for dinner. "
"Do NOT pick this property!! It is NOT on the beach, every all inclusive amenity is at the other resort across the street, other than a small tiki bar. Concierge and front desk close early and you have to go to other resort for any help with anything!! This place should be closed down!! Thr shuttles take so long to get you; it’s almost as if the other guests at their other “resort” are far more important. Guest experience was never there! We basically spent all of our vacation and the other resort this properly was merely a place to put our heads down at night . It is absolutely embarrassing. We would prefer to have slept on beach chairs, then those rooms because let me add that deep beds are extremely uncomfortable. You feel irrelevant surrounded by the other properties that are around… it’s basically a motel, not a resort! This was a vacation planned for my wife’s birthday and to say that I was absolutely Horrified and got wrenched is an understatement Also I spent a lot of money to stay here, but that wasn’t the main reason! I wanted to make my wife’s birthday weekend a special one and I feel like I failed her. "
