After my wife and I arrive on the property at 3 o’clock check in we were told to wait a hour and a half and we didn’t know what to do after a 4 Hour Dr. we need a bathroom and was inconvenient. I am asking for a partial refund of my money for the inconvenience of the hour and 30 minutes. that we could not use the facility that we had already paid for upfront.

Our condo at Phoenix IV was great! Super clean, comfortable, and had a prime location. The communication over text with property management was sometimes difficult because some of the replies were AI generated. While the response time was quick, there was one situation that the AI clearly didn’t understand so I called them and I was told by the customer service representative that he would find out and text me back asap. Never got a text back. The local in-person property management person who came in to change a light bulb was very nice and courteous. The beach is amazing here! Great for shelling, ghost crab hunting and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed and having our own washer and dryer was amazing. Definitely recommend staying here.

The unit was old and a mix of old and new appliances. Comfortable furniture. Would not recommend booking agent Hosteeva, neglected to tell us before the booking was complete that there would be an additional parking pass fee and after we had our confirmation they wanted a copy of our drivers license as well as a picture. Then when we arrived at our unit at check in time we had to call to get our door code 15 minutes after the check in time.
