"I honestly cannot begin to describe how blown away we were by our first stay at the Omni Tucson! At check-in, Daniel, the manager, was warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Jake personally escorted us to our room and was available all evening if we needed anything. Hands down, the Hacienda was best room we’ve stayed in over the last 15 years of traveling. The space was enormous, beautifully decorated, and spotless. Dinner at Bob’s was an experience in itself. The same warm hospitality we felt at check-in carried through the entire evening. The hostess, server, and manager (Vila) all wished us a happy anniversary. Vila even took photos of us out on the veranda. The food was Phenomenal! The grounds were beyond beautiful and the amenities were right on point! Without a doubt- this is THE only place we’ll stay when visiting Tucson!"

"This was our second stay here and it was as wonderful as the first. The staff is very helpful and on top of things. The rooms are clean and comfortable, while the beds are just right for a good night's sleep. The walls are thick and we didn't hear any neighbors at all. There are several pillows of different types on the beds so you are pretty sure to find one that will suit your needs. The sink was a little odd, because the handles for the water taps are in a strange position, making it difficult to turn on the water. In order to turn on the cold water, you first had to turn on the hot. The soaps and lotions are great quality and smell wonderful. Plenty of towels, and towels are available at pool side. Hot tub was hot and comfortable. Pool is deep and warm, and plenty of room to swim or just float. I love this place and will be returning next month."
