"The people who work there are superb! The other guests were really noisy till 11 pm, it was hard to fall asleep. Children runming in there rooms and knocking on walls. You could hear people talking and so clear, you knew what they are talkimg about. Not nice. The breakfast is the best! Beds are good, rooms well decorated. "

"Terrible company and terrible communication. I tried to get early check in and late check out, but they were not able to confirm anything in the very last moment. They dont care that guests are planning their time, the this company the customer is not imporant only thselves. "The apartment is okay. In the photos, it looks like a high-standard place, but when I arrived, it was clear that it has been used by many guests. The beds were broken, there was no cable for the TV, and the bathroom had a very bad smell — at first, I thought there was a sewage leak, and the bathroom even got flooded. I called the owner, and to be fair, all the issues were fixed the next day. The apartment is quite noisy — you can hear everything the neighbors are saying from the kitchen. During the weekend, there were two parties in nearby apartments, so it was very loud. I asked the agency if there are many short-term rentals in the building, and they confirmed that there are — which explains the noise. On the positive side, the location is great — close to the city center and Manufaktura — and there’s also parking available, which is a big plus. The noise isn’t the owner’s fault, just the nature of the building and the type of guests staying there. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay."
