"This was a last minute booking...The location is excellent and is a great size property. It is right next to the river and has nice open space to sit and enjoy the river. Also has a nice area to eat around a fire pit. Since most of our trip was camping, we brought out our coleman stove and cooked our meal by the river and enjoyed the firepit. Also a nice jacuzzi...."

"Perfect location right next to the gondola. Not a 'quaint' or 'beautiful' building but makes up for it in convenience, cleanliness, and service. We've stayed at several places in Telluride, this one twice, and it's our favorite primarily because it's got everything you need within a block or two - gondola, trails, river, store, many many restaurants, hot tub, bike and boat rental, etc. If I could make one suggestion it would be to expand the breakfast options. After two days the cereal/yogurt/bagels is...okay...but eggs, bacon, omelettes, waffles, or some other variety would go far in enhancing the experience. Oh yeah, the place is dog-friendly which is really great and apparently not common in Telluride."

"Automated check in and out was a little cumbersome. Understanding the initial charges against the CC made no sense. During this registration process the assisting staff had a low tolerance for our inability to understand the various information screens!! The facility was top notch - rooms very nostalgic, springs were excellent, pool side service was excellent and overall would stay there again. "
