I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . "Room was upgraded but wasn’t really an upgrade. We had a king suite with balcony. Was moved to a smaller room without balcony. Hotel is nice but it’s really out of the way so we paid way more for taxis going to excursions. "
