Visiting Auburn

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and service at this hotel. We visit the area often to our daughter who is a student at Auburn.we have passed this hotel up many times but nothing else was available- we will definitely stay again.

Mattress was smaller than the bed frame, should have been two queen beds, mattress was a full size, not big enough for two adults to sleep in. Towels and wash clothes were stained and very dingy, some appeared to have not been washed at all. Shower curtain rod was rusty and taped together, tub floor was soft and felt like you were going to fall through. Overall smell of the hotel was very musty.

Very Dirty

This hotel is absolutely filthy and is in disrepair. It’s infested with cockroaches and other bugs. I absolutely do not recommend staying here for any reason.

Usual stay. Love the king size bed. Just wish it was comfortable! Hate the brand of hotel coffee. Love the Jacuzzi tub. Could be very easy to class up a little.

The rooms and lobby were clean. The person i checked in with was nice. The person at the desk in the morning wasnt as friendly. Also they didnt have anything for breakfast. I mean have some cereal or something for the price.

Overall great on the hotels part. As far as Hotels. Com they messed my reservation up I had to upcharge to get my right room I didn't get any credit, hotels.com charged me way more and I ly said I paid a less amount than what was told to me. Hotels.com is A JOKE!

This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed with. The tiles were broken, room was unclean, etc. If not for a huge football game with booked hotels all around, we would never have stayed.

Lady at the front desk was overwhelmed by the day being the kick off of college football season and the large amount of check outs and the cleaning service being behind. She was extremely polite and tried to help everyone, while the other lady that was there was looking at laptop, and not trying to help at all

The room smelled like cigarettes and the water that came out the faucet for the hot tub was brown. We allowed the water to run for a good 15 minutes and it was still brown. So we didnt get to use the hot tub....thr whole reason i paid almost $200 for the room for the night was because it had a hot tub. I told management and his response was,"i dont know anything about that and theres nothing i can do about it."

Front desk staff was nice. Entire building is extremely outdated. Zero amenities to mention. While checking for bedbugs (there were none) I noticed it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed/cleaned in years. Possibly not since the place was built.

We check in and went to walk in the room it smelled like a wet dog. Then looked at bathroom it had blood on walls, mold on ceilings, cigarette burns in tub. The room chair was tore all over, sheets were put on inside out, stains on pillow cases, lamp shade looked like someone peed on it. We turned around went to desk so we are not staying here! The girl called someone they laughed said yea those are the contractor rooms.

Never Again!

The hotel does not have any security, the rooms and all facilities were unclean, to include mold in the shower, stains on the sheets and towels, and dirty floors. They did not clean the rooms each day and did not have towels for their guests.
