"When we checked in we noticed there was a small water leak in the bathroom sink. We contacted the staff via email and had a reply within minutes! They offered to change rooms for us but since we were leaving in the morning to continue our road trip we did not find it necessary. We we really impressed with how promptly we were replied to"

"The location was great. Our room appeared to have been updated. It was immaculate and well appointed. We had parking just outside the room which I really appreciated. The facilities were quite extensive. We didn't get around to trying the restaurant. The staff were all friendly and helpful. When our kettle stopped working it was replaced immediately. I will definitely use them again. "
