"Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet Die Lage ist toll. Alles sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Was uns aber richtig geärgert hat war, am Tag der Abreise haben wir verschlafen und sind 20 Minuten später angerufen worden das wir die nächste halbe Stunde auschecken sollen. Das haben wir auch gemacht aber die Unterkunft hat einen Teil der Kaution einbehalten weil wir ein wenig zu spät dran waren. Da wir dann sowieso mehr bezahlt haben hätten wir es gut gefunden das wir dann auch wenigsten...

"Mijn man en ik hebben hier heerlijke dagen gehad. We hadden de accommodatie gehuurd voor ons tweeën, omdat we onder de indruk waren van het huis, de beschrijving, het zwembad, de jacuzzi, sauna, de tuin. "ouveau le logement était superbe et le lieu également. Mais alors la gestion du lieu est CATASTROPHIQUE ! Personne entre 21h et 07h. En plus si vous arrivez dans la nuit comme nous ben je ne vous souhaite pas notre mésaventure! Aucune clef dispo pour nous, un numero d « urgence » dont l’interlocuteur est un IMMENSE INCOMPÉTENT ! Il nous a dit que si nous dormions dehors malgré notre réservation, c était notre problème, pas le sien et qu il ne ferai rien pour nous. On a du payer une nuit d hôtel...

"Lovely hotel. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options, but it was a little expensive in my opinion, around 20 Euros I think. Bit of a walk from the train station, but it's a nice and easy walk. "

"Loved the location and the staff couldn’t have anymore friendly. We felt so welcome and safe. There were a couple of issues in our room, specifically the towel rail and toilet roll holder falling off the wall. The sliding bathroom door was also very rickety but the beds were so comfortable and our family room was perfect for us. The only other thing to mention was just outside of the hotel there were lots of bars which we didn’t hear any noise from but there was a lot of broken glass everywhere which with a 3 year old was a bit problematic. Not the hotel’s fault in the slightest but just something to watch out for. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved exploring Tilburg. Would stay again. "

"We visited from Canada and the staff indicated that it is unusual to have Canadian visitors at the resort. We felt a little like celebrities! We had a wonderful stay! The waterslides were SO MUCH FUN and our hotel room was great… It even had a mini fridge and a balcony! The supper buffet is worth the price (steak! Chocolate mousse!) and the breakfast buffet is AMAZING! Pro tip: try a little Brie on a slice of the thick cut bacon! 10/10 would recommend to a friend! We will be back again for sure!"
