"This hotel for my needs in not needing much more than a bed, shower, fridge. The hotel location is really close to a freeway entrance right next to a McDonald's and shopping centers, it's not a quiet area. Check in was easy enough. The pool really gave me a good laugh because the pictures online make it look decent- it's not, it's very small and awkwardly positioned. My room was on the second floor- no elevators that I could see. First impressions of the room it looked clean. Shower rod and shower curtain were on the floor in the bathroom. I put it back up. I got the 2 queen option. The comfort of the beds: one of them felt like a cardboard box, the other was a little better but still a little too firm for my liking."

"We came to check in and they had no record of our prepaid reservation thankfully hotels.com staff got us a new stay in a nearby hotel it was for no additional charge but the double charged us for the $150 deposit which we will not be refunded for 7 to 10 days. Other than that the new hotel was nice great location clean quiet and after ll a good stay. Thank you hotels.com customer service for helping us."

"The elevator floors needed cleaning but everything else was kept up well. Parking, staff and room cleanliness were good."

"The staff were great. The hotel reminded me of a place that had their heyday 30 years ago. They appear to try but alas fall short. The AC unit in the room had a dirty filter that did not even fit the aged unit. Note to staff. Get every AC/heat unit cleaned and properly fit with the right sized filter or better yet just replace them all with new units? Flooring outside the elevator looked like something Grampa fup put down. Tub was painted with porcelain paint to try and fool us. Not workie. Sound from pool and sub woofer boom boxes finally ended around 9pm. Train going by was icing on the cake"
