Beppu SUGINOI HOTEL
Service staff was excellent. Had stayed in Nijikan and Hoshi Kan on separate nights. Staff had helped to transfer my bags and brought over my beverage that I had left in the fridge to the new room. Thoughtful gesture that had impressed me.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is really close to Beppu station. The room was a comfortable size, especially for a solo traveller. The onsen was the favourite part of my stay. Resort Stay Spa Tsurumi
The hotel was great and had your own parking, but not walking distance from anything; however very close driving distance to tourist spots. Location of the hotel is right next to the expressway entrance to either go to Oita or Yufuin, your like in the middle. Overall excellent hotel!!
