Spa is excellent. Located at Benia de Onis, is a great option off the beaten path, surrounded by nature; the food at the restaurants across the Hotel is amazing. Do not leave without visiting the store next door to the hotel where they sell local cheese, iberico ham, bread and of course Cider. "

"This is an excellent property in the Picos de Europa park. The best reason to book this hotel are the hot springs. You get one 40 minute session per night which is very
relaxing after a day of hiking. These are natural hot springs flowing from the outside, with many different water massage areas, as well as a sauna, steam room, onsen, whirlpool and cold rinsing pool. They also have along outdoor pool if you want to swim. The second reason is the location. You are between Fuente De and Poncebos....

"Accueil inexistant. Cest le gros probleme de cet hotel. Tout se passe sur internet. Beaucoup de bruit le soir avec les restaurants, jusqu'à tres tard dans la nuit.
Je n'ai pas vu une seule fois un responble de l'hôtel. Dommage."

"Posh hotel, with comfy spacious room, classy modern decor, amazing views of the Picos de Europa and other mountains and nature from every corner of hotel and our room. Super clean and quiet everywhere. Delicious food at the restaurant. Great service overall. Enjoyed the special touches of a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival from the selection of wines from the hotels vineyard and the special sweet treats left in our room like cookies, chocolates and macaroons. Loved the turn down service...

"Good welcome on arrival just gone 3pm but we’re dismayed to find out the hotel no longer served dinner on Sundays and we were too late to eat at lunch service which finished at 4pm despite notices in hotel saying restaurant would be open until 6pm.
Staff did help us order pizza which we collected and ate on covered patio outside.
Unusually for 4 star hotel PowerPoints were lacking making phone charging challenging. Breakfast was basic and all cold as restaurant also shut on Mondays and...

"This is an excellent property in the Picos de Europa park. The best reason to book this hotel are the hot springs. You get one 40 minute session per night which is very relaxing after a day of hiking. These are natural hot springs flowing from the outside, with many different water massage areas, as well as a sauna, steam room, onsen, whirlpool and cold rinsing pool. They also have along outdoor pool if you want to swim. The second reason is the location. You are between Fuente De and Poncebos. There is no better location to reach each of these in 1 hour, plus Potes, Sotres and Bulnes. Covadonga lakes are another 30 min, but beware private cars cannot go to Covadonga. You need to leave your car at a parking lot and they have taxis to take you the rest of the way. Besides location and hot springs, the hotel is very good, comfortable bed, excellent staff and great breakfast. They don’t have a coffee/tea kettle in the room. You need to buy that at the bar, but the waiter brought it all the way to my room. I would only say that they need to completely renovate the bathrooms, they are very old"
