"My room was small and the TV difficult to manage. The bathroom was very good and spacious. Breakfast was good. I was happy that I was able to watch the Middlesbrough v Hull City match for entry into the Premiership. Happier still when my team, Hull City, won. I felt that the whole building needed lots of work doing to it but on the whole it was adequate."

"Was not particularly impressed. The bathroom was quite possibly the best room. Saw one member of staff the entire time and only saw him once at check-in. The bar was closed for some reason. The radiator in my room was so filthy it had a tail of unbroken dust flapping about at the bottom of the radiator. Somebody had left the key to what I can only assume is a storeroom in the door from around 12pm and was still there when I checked out the next day"
