"Loves our stay. Clean, cute and very spacious villa. Very easy access to the beach across the street and lots of ding option in town a couple of blocks away, very walkable."

"Our room was very comfortable. We found the cleaning staff to be well coordinated, working as a team. Señor Rene was very helpful and the cleaning ladies we interacted with were very helpful and worked hard. They were constantly on the move to accommodate guests. The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful. Kristen in particular was understanding, informative and very helpful. We spoke with her multiple times. I noticed the pool maintainers do not have an easy job. I witnessed a few rude and sloppy/dirty guests using the pool like a bathtub, cleaning sand off their legs/ feet in the pool! They entered the pool area specifically to do this and quickly depart, leaving sand in the pool. Maybe better signs could be posted against that or a sign stating to use the pool shower? Sad to have to even write about this. The resort is located is a fantastic location. It's a quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. The only issue I have , I don't think it's possible to reserve a specific unit the following year. The week can be booked, but not a specific unit. Lastly, the complimentary water in the office is a nice touch! Most likely I will be contacting Adriana in the winter to see if she can help us book our same room !"

"The staff was excellent. Any problems that arise they fixed immediately. The power in bathroom was out they fixed it immediately. One of the beach chairs was broke they replaced it immediately. They were all nice courteous and wished us a great time. They let us use the chairs even after we checked out. Great location the tiki bar was great the bartender went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. Live music was excellent definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Food was excellent at the tiki bar. "
