"There was no breakfast when I went to eat. I waited 15 minutes for fresh food but none ever came out. Also the room was very nice but garbages were not emptied between guests. "

"Arrived for check-in and we (along with multiple others) were told our room was not ready and was not given an ETA of when it would be and when asked staff member was very rude and defensive saying they had been full to capacity the night before and couldn’t say what time to expect only the cleaning staff was doing their best. We waited almost 40 minutes in the lobby before a manager came to talk with people and all they offered to do was complete our check in once the room was ready and have the keys waiting for us. No discounts or anything offered for the inconvenience from anyone, and were then told multiple staff called in so basically it wasn’t “their fault”. Now I have a mystery $50 charge on my account on the card I gave for incidentals! We literally slept in the room showered and left in the morning! Nothing occurred to be charged. The room was clean when we were finally able to get into it and the hotel overall is a nice facility but terrible experience overall "
