"upon entering the resort the lobby looked like a dumpster. Tables everywhere, empty cardboard boxes piled at least 8 feet tall. trying to check in extremely slow. only one person working the check in desk, taking phone calls and not checking guests in. room was clean but showing its age. AC working poorly. At check in we were told that housekeeping was at request only. so we closed all the shades and lowered the ac, only to come back at the end of the day with the room cleaned, shades open and the room being at 69 with AC being set at 64. Room did not get cold overnight and when we woke up it was still 67. now sure if I would recommend this resort."

"There is no place close to the shower to hang your towel while you shower. The towel bar is all the way across the room and not easily accessible when you come out of the shower. The shower is also very small. To shower you have to turn on the water to get wet, then turn the water off to later up then turn the water back on to rinse off."
