"The hotel is clean and in pretty good shape. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a small indoor pool on the top floor and limited parking outside. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach but this particular beach is not very nice. For the price we paid for two nights it was great value. "

Bar is a dark squalid place where some local men consume alcohol while apparently awaiting female professionals hired for fun. Corridors have room service meals at the doors of rooms with food leftovers there for hours, attracting flies. Breakfast is basic and mediocre, and fruits are not fresh. "Great location in neighborhood just outside of downtown but near the waterfront. Pool has great sunsets and views. Breakfast was high quality with plenty of options and local foods 🙏 I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Muscat!"

"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...

"Die to business we required a hotel close to the airport for this it was excellent condition. Sadly enough the dinner buffet was poor and little choice of food especially considering the price you pay, the breakfast buffet had a better selection and options then dinner. The hotel itself was quite good."
