"The overall stay was moderate. Less than what we would expect for a Hilton hotel. The good points were the friendly and impeccable service that Cameron at the front desk gave throughout our stay. But she could only do so much. The bar atmosphere was very good as well. Here are the negatives: HOT WATER!! When on vacation , we did not expect we would need to get up before the sun in order to catch a decently warm/hot shower. If we dared to try to shower between the hours of 8am and 1am, no hot water to be found. Also, although Cameron tried to place us mid way on floor 4 so that we, as seniors, wouldn't have to walk so far, the use of the back door to the parking lot didn't work in order to shorten our walk after parking. (We still needed to walk to an alternate door and then make the mile hike down to our room). When my husband attempted to speak with the manager on several occasions, he busied himself and never circled back to inquire about our concerns. Crickets!! Needless to say, this Hilton hotel will not be one that we will patron again. We would rather spend a bit more and have the luxury of hot showers."
