I like staying at this location when visiting our family. However, the rooms are getting quite rundown and need a an update. Chair cushions are worn and dirty, colors are awful, wood on chairs is worn off, carpet is dirty. This time our sink was dirty when we arrived.

We stayed here one night for my daughters birthday on October 12th. Upon checkout I billed 100$ for cleaning or damage fees in the coming days. There was 100% without a doubt nothing damaged or destroyed. I have reached out several times without a response for an explanation of the charges. After staying perhaps hundreds of nights in embassy suites around the country, i am at my end with this Company and I will not be using them Or any other Hilton locations moving forward. This could have been addressed with a response to emails or attempts to contact through the website. Over 100$ of unexplained charges you are loosing a customer, just ridiculous!

We enjoyed our third stay here. The staff is amazingly helpful and nice. ( especially Jenna in the breakfast section and Joy at the Nines Bar. They couldn’t have been nicer and they both made our stay greater than it could have been).

Great stay! The room was great. We did have difficulties with one TV and they swnt someone up right away and fixed the issue. They had an evening reception where we received complimentary drinks and bar snacks. Breakfast was wonderful, better than your adverage included breakfast. Great location, right on venue and within walking distance of food options.
