"Check-in was quick and easy, and the property is well maintained with a very nice exterior. While the interior is a bit dated, everything was clean and well cared for.
The room was somewhat small, but everything was in good condition. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room nice and cool on a very hot summer day. My only real complaint was the shower, which had very low water pressure, even though we were staying on the first floor.
Breakfast was served in Building 2, which was a bit of a walk from our room. There was a good variety of breakfast items available, but there were no dairy-free or alpha-gal-friendly options.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I felt the price was fair for what was offered. I would consider staying here again."
"Staff were excellent. Hotel was ok. A little dated. For the amount of rooms at the hotel, pool and hot tub are very small - which meant very busy at all times (even for adult only hours). Power went out one of the evenings for a few hours - we had gone out to grab ice cream; were not notified that it was out, what happened or when it came back on. Sat in the parking lot in vehicle; until noticing lights back on. If not looking to use the pool at your hotel (and go to a water park); great spot for basic necessities. Breakfast that was included, was the same every day - so we chose to go out elsewhere our last few days. If looking to utilize pool and not a ton of people; look into some other options. Housekeeping does not happen every day. Also, something to keep in mind if looking for that."
"We have gone to Branson for many years now and didn’t know about this place til a friend told us about it. The room was great needs an updated sofa and loveseat (worn out) the sofa bed was not very comfy. Jacuzzi tub in the unit was great. Overall highly recommend this place and we would love to return."
"Our room was a two bedroom which was more like two separate apartments! Full kitchen in one and smaller kitchenette for second room! Two full bathrooms, living rooms in both, our view was breathtaking! The staff did an amazing job making us feel welcomed! The coffeemaker in our room was not working and they immediately brought us a new one! The pool area was so spacious and lovely! The air conditioner kept up with the very hot weather! Everything we needed to drive to was just minutes away! Perfect spot for all ages! We give it a 10/10! Highly recommend!"
"It was a great hotel. Everything super clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was the best I have had in a longtime!!! Will be back next time in branson."
"Staff friendly and welcoming. Very clean hotel. Hotel accommodated our requests. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had good hot food. LOVED the real dishes and coffee cups! (The little things matter!). Enjoyed the sweet treats each evening in the dining area! Both pool areas were nice and well maintained.
Only downfall was the room was very humid (we were on the first floor)."
