"There is construction in progress on the property that i was not made aware of. However, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff was first rate. The room was spacious and clean. Coffee, water, and tea available anytime. Very quiet. Only complaint, TV service was aweful."

"One star is generous but can't leave a review with zero. I get it's a low rate hotel so expectations aren't to be high, but some basic cleanliness is definitely expected. Place was run down and filthy. Got in after hours, so used the night check in window. Clerk had company over and was watching a movie and took a few minutes to tend to us as we waited at the window. Then we parked near our room and had an unhoused guy setting up his bed in his van in the parking lot. We made our way up to our room and was immediately greeted by the foul smell of dirty socks and cigarettes, even though it was supposedly a non smoking room. We looked around and could not find a single clean surface. Dust, dirt and unidentifiable stains on every surface including the lamp shades. Got brave enough to check inside the microwave and saw an explosion of some unknown source all over the sides and top of it. Who knows what was in there. We ran out of the property and booked a room at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road. Manager had the nerve to tell us they could only refund one night out of our three night stay, even though we spent a total of 5 minutes in there. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You're better off sleeping in your car or under a bridge somewhere."

"Room was clean, nice free on property parking. Staff were VERY nice and helpful. Very close to the state capital. The hallway did have an unpleasant odor and we did wake up to a sewer backup in the shower and toilet, both were unusable. We only stayed one night and left pretty early the next morning but it would have not been a very pleasant stay if we had to stay longer"
