"The hotel is located between Trento and Bolzano, and has everything we need for a short stay. They've offered a free mini bar, and the breakfast was also good. We had an inconvenient with the reservation, which was not their fault but from Hotels.com and they solved it quickly. Another inconvenient was on the shower area that was flooded due to a problem with the drain, but they also solved it quickly, even on the evening."

"The staff was very friendly and have really good service, even though English was a little bit difficult for them. We had the best pizza in Italy and the food and wine were really cheap. The view from the rooms were amazing."

"War volle unkompliziert und angenehm. Ein super Service vom einchecken bis zur Abfahrt. Danke , dass wir bei euch mit unseren Fahrrädern eine feine Zeit verbringen haben dürfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Pool sauber und groß. Frühstück über unseren Erwartungen. Der Preis angemessen und nicht übertrieben. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. "Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here again when we come back at Christmas. "An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. Everything was thoughtfully done and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and high quality, with lots of variety. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals in our travels through Italy (no joke, I was surprised too). The crown jewel is the rooftop deck and the panoramic views of the beau. Wish we had time to try the spa but sadly we had to move on to the next city."

"Family trip for a few days to travel around the area and Dolomites. Great stay location wise, the hotel were great at providing us with local information (e.g. free travel on buses, trains and cable cars) - they were great. The pool is a great size for a splash after a busy day. "
