"When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!"

"This was a comfortable 3 night stay in a private room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom conveniently located in the heart of the port area in Les Sables d’Olonne. Really enjoyed it! "

"Excellent stop off on our way to Bordeaux. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Nice breakfast. Only downside (and not the hotels fault) was that we stayed on a weekend and couldn’t get in at any restaurants nearby in the evening."

"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"Un bruit de canalisation permanent toute la nuit avec impossibilité de dormir ! Le directeur de l’établissement qui est à la réception ne s’est pas excusé pour le désagrément. Il a pris mon mail et mes numéros de cartes bleue en me disant qu’il procéderait à un remboursement dans la journée. Je n’ai rien eu et il ne répond pas à mes mails, bien sûr. Un scandale a 80€ la nuit de manquer autant de face, d’empathie et de professionnalisme."
