"The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very clean. There was a mistake with my room but after going to the front desk staff they fixed the issue right away. Breakfast was a buffet style set up they would please any type of palette. The SM mall is only a few steps away for your shopping convenience."

"Staff were very nice and welcoming and check-in was a breeze! The room was very spacious and comfortable and when we needed an ironing board and a hairdryer they delivered it to us. The breakfast that we had in the morning was delicious and a great size! It was a lovely trip and short stay and my fiancé and I look forward to coming back :)"

"Decent price and and a comfortable room. One slight gripe I had was being charged 100 pesos for my key breaking in the lock. It wasn't my fault it broke as substandard metal was used when cutting the key, which was clearly evident by the break. Not a lot of money but principle. The receptionist who dealt with me stopped talking to me after I complained about it, and did say it would lead to a somewhat negative review. A little too officious for my liking. "
