"The hot water was not working and when I went to communicate this with the desk clerk she said I was not doing it correctly , she then went to the room and ran the water for 20 minutes trying to get it to work she could not , she said that people don’t really use the hot water because it’s hot outside . I asked her if she could move us to another room , my mother is 75yrs old and couldn’t take a cold shower , she said no , I asked for her manager she then said she would move me to the third floor. I asked if we would get some kind of compensation she said no . Never again "
"The location of the hotel seems safe, with a few nearby restaurants within a few minutes walk, so it was convenient to get a good meal at an affordable price. The room was on the first floor, and being able to park the car just outside the room was another plus. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was decent for the price. However, the continental breakfast was bare minimum and very disappointing, basically just cereal, milk, bread, a few apples, some kind of fruit punch and orange water."
"El hotel esta bien, sin embargo, solicitamos 4 toallas ya que eramos 4 huespedes y solo nos llevaron 3 y aunque lo solicitamos con la housekeeper no se atendio la solicitud. "
"If you’re looking for an unforgettable first impression—for all the wrong reasons—this is the place.
Upon arrival, the front desk clerk confidently insisted that I had stayed at the hotel the previous week. This was completely false, as it was my first time there. Despite calmly clarifying this, he continued in a rather intimidating tone, repeating that I had been there and even stating he would “verify it” using my ID.
Only after checking did he realize his mistake and offer an apology. While I appreciate the apology, the situation should have never escalated in that way. Accusing a guest and speaking in a threatening manner is simply unacceptable.
This experience clearly reflects a lack of proper customer service training and attention to detail. A hotel stay should begin with a welcoming and professional interaction—not confrontation.
I hope management takes this seriously and invests in better staff training, because no guest should be treated this way."
"Went to get my card for my room (on the 3rd floor) key didn’t work so i had to go down again to talk to the employee. his attitude was okay. then we walked in the room. it was a mess. had to go down again and turns out he gave us the wrong room and had a bad attitude as well. the new room was bad. there was a roach in the bath tub. this made me disgusted. never booking here again."
