The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming and the property is beautiful. The garden along is worth staying here with the view of the mountains and the peaceful accommodation.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful spot; the grounds are stunning with beautiful gardens backing right up to Inka terraces. It's within walking distance (on very narrow sidewalks) to town and just a quick three minutes to the trains to Machu Picchu. The staff were wonderfully helpful and kind. The room was lovely. The restaurant was excellent. There was no down side to staying at the Pakaritampu!

The property was gorgeous, the staff were amazing and helpful, the rooms were very basic and cold despite a small heater. The breakfast was 6/10. Nice overall place to stay just stating the downsides :)
