Initially we didn't have any check in details but after a quick call, that was sorted out immediately and we were allowed to check in earlier, meaning we didn't have to wait around all sweaty after our hiking. "Pictures do not reflect the hotel set up. The spa was not functioning, broken spa pool was half functioning, sauna was broken and steam room you couldn't break a sweat. Asked for a refund but was declined so we left."
