"The staff were extremely welcoming as soon as we arrived. The entrance is a bit busy as there is a lot of pedestrian traffic coming to The Island so I found it easier to use valet parking. We had a village view room which is a view of the shopping areas. The room and bathroom were very clean and smelled great! The hotel is located in a great location, especially with having kids. The food was great at Finn’s! Live music with dinner made for a wonderful experience. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in April which allowed for fantastic views of the fountain and the Smokey Mountains! We did not bring any pets on this visit."

"Clean room, conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants just a short drive away. Waterpark was an amazing option in the winter months. Enjoyed the hot pool very much. Only suggestion is better security. Children shouldn’t be allowed to create chaos without adult supervision. Security should be roaming the hallways the gym the pool etc. I have kids not trying to keep them from having fun. Just making sure they don’t kill each other in the process. Specially, swinging the dumbbells at each other at the gym."

"Did not even stay. Took one look around and left. Room locked like it was not even clean. Beds looked dirty and bedding looked unwashed. Beds extremely uncomfortable. They also wanted 100$ down and then charged my credit card 270$ after the fact. I am still hoping to get my money back."

"The room was missing a drawer under bathroom vanity dor handles were falling apart and toilet was leaking across floor from broken plastic ring. Staff did come fix toilet right away. Food could have been warmer."

"The pool was out of control no supervision people coming down 4 and 5 at a time , If you were in the hot tub you we're getting splashed and only one jet works so it was like a hot bath !! "

"Check in was 4pm and we didn’t arrive until almost 5pm and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes because the room was not ready. It seemed like that’s what they were telling everyone. "
