Old Town Trips (flight + hotel)

Easy place to stay at CDG, good quality and happily surprised by the quality of room service for an airport hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a little small for all of our luggage, but that was not a problem for us, and I think this is quite normal for hotels in Paris. The bathroom was very clean, the towels were fresh, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff was truly outstanding! Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. Even after we checked out, they kindly kept our luggage until it was time for us to leave for our departure. While we were waiting in the lobby, we asked if we could have some coffee and tea, and they were so kind to prepare them for us—even though we had already checked out. That level of hospitality really made us feel welcomed and cared for. The hotel is also centrally located and very convenient for sightseeing and getting around Paris. There is even a restaurant directly across the street that offers room service to the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience. The cleanliness, location, excellent staff, good Wi-Fi, and comfortable amenities made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!

Excellent hotel. Great location, very accessible and the views from the rooftop terrace are amazing.

It was really small. You couldnt get to the other side of the bed by simply walking, you had to climb over the bed a little due to the weird layout. Surface level clean. I had to clean moldy specs from the bathroom sink myself. Staff was great. Overall it was fine.

The hotel is sold as a “luxury” property on hotels.com, unfortunately its hard to get that from the property itself. As you approach, you would think you are being brought to an abandoned building with all the dead plants outside. The lobby is a different story, fun, lively and well air conditioned. Once you get out of the elevator to your room you are met with a dirty hallway (floor 2) walk into your room to find a stained/dirty shower, air conditioning that doesn’t work and terrible wifi which cannot handle video streaming. I messaged the front desk regarding the A/C and received no response.
