Room good size,clean,but needs sound proofing ( can hear talking and snoring from neighbouring rooms and upstairs) Reception staff excellent, very helpful. Restaurant staff poor in understanding. Bar staff very pleasant, evening entertainment good. Spa not bad.

The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also! The views were amazing ! The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island ...
