"Loved the late nineteenth century decor. We took full advantage of the sitting room to entertain guests. Great to walk around Fredericksburg and enjoy the unique shops, restaurants, and history. Overall a luxurious and interesting place to stay."

"The room was very nicely decorated and clean and the staff was very helpful. Their location to so many walkable stores, shops and dining will definitely be a choice again. The hotel size really appealed to safety, especially traveling alone!"
"Quiet, clean, comfortaplace to stay, very safe, and easy access to I 95. Its an 9lder motel, but appears to be well-maintained. I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend !"
"Came around at 8 am demanding to come in room because i had a service dog !!! Had to get up and let them to prove room was not trashed and clean !!!!"
"I have stayed in several other hotels/Motels in the area and I was quite surprised as to how clean the room was in comparison to my other stays. Cable TV was a little wanting other than that I would stay again."

Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fredericksburg
10/10 Excellent
"Disgusting, nasty, unacceptable! Bed bugs, regular bugs, hair in the bed, stains, sink not cleaned… prime example of what a hotel should not look/be like. If you care about cleanliness, find somewhere else to stay, even if this is the cheapest convenient option, I advise you go somewhere else. Bad enough, whoever the manager is tried to refund and void fees for one night like no, i made sure to get the whole thing back but you’ve been warned!"
