"Check in was great the room had two small cockroaches when we went to the pool the room smelled of mold by the time we came back our bathing suites and body smelled like moldy water staff was great in every aspect"

Very, very good location right next to Loudoun Station shopping center, walking distance so very convenient. Breakfast was satisfactory. There's only really one available hot dish but it was okay. Front desk was really friendly and helpful. "

"We loved this hotel! The staff were top notch. When the hotel receptionist, Fatima, learned we had an early fight and couldn’t take advantage of the buffet breakfast she packed a bag with various fruits, muffins, yogurt etc and delivered it to our room. The shuttle to the airport was on time and very convenient. The room was spotless! We will definitely back!"

"Hot tub only got up to 90 degrees. Bathroom faucet was too short for the sink, so every time I put my hands under it, water would flood onto the countertop. Toilet paper is ultra cheap and has just about the same consistency as confetti. I recommend buying your own Tp when staying here, as I had to do. Outside of all that, it was a nice establishment. I would rate it as slightly substandard for a mid-range comfort hotel. "

"My family and I stayed here for one night. I thought the breakfast complimentary when I booked but it is not. It does cost but they free fruit, tea, and coffee. We had a few items from the bar menu that were ok. The pool was very clean for the kids to enjoy. The room was nice and clean. Enjoyed our short stay! "
