"Room had roaches woke up with welps all over my body for possibility from bed bug or dirt sheets then to park my car in the parking spot for the hotel it tock a hour and a half because the girl in the front kept falling sleep"

"Shanice was extremely professional and helpful. We got in early from a cruise, which usually disembarks in the early morning. We didn’t have anywhere to go so we went to the hotel early and she worked on getting us our room early. Meanwhile we were told we could have breakfast while they worked on getting our room ready. Other hotels have not been as accommodating and would have made us wait til check in time. What could have been a 7 hour wait to check in was a 3.5 hour wait with them expediting the room cleaning. It was amazing seeing as we were exhausted. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall great experience with wonderful staff. "

"Clean. Good staff support. Generally quiet. Dogs allowed and not ever an issue. Breakfast area supplied and kept neat and clean. Food provided good but not superior. Choices varied and options provided. No actual complaints just mundane. I would definitely stay again "

"I loved the feel of the property. It’s gorgeous and located in a very nice neighborhood. They do have open areas and the noise can filter up to the rooms, but there was nothing late into the day. The reception personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was really cute. I wanted my server to be just a bit more attentive, but it was not poor service by any means. My bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I don’t care for showers with no doors, but most of the water managed to stay within. It is a bit pricey, but I splurged for vacation. If I’m ever in the splurging mood again, I’ll be there. "

"Love this hotel, however the noise level was really high on Thursday night/early hours of morning. Front desk might give a heads up and some ear plugs. I also travel with a white noise machine which I had on and my sister and I still heard it - really loud (we were on 4th floor). Love the hotel though!"
