"Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Thought has been put into everything in this hotel. It is great value for the cost. The breakfast was great. I apprecieted the little extras that the hotel offers, like infused water in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, walk from the hauptbahnhof, ubahn outside the door. The German Soccer museum is a couple of minutes walk away and there is easy access to Signal Iduna Park. I would definitely stay here again."

"In our room, very surface has a thick layer of dust as though the room has never been used or cleaned for a long time. Bathroom stinks and has hair from previous guests. The bed has a strong musky smell. The property looks quite different from the images they use to promote. Overall I would not recommend this place. "
