"Memorable stay for the weekend. Staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating, incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel so welcomed. The views from our room was breathtaking and one of the best rooms I’ve stayed at this year. Would not hesitate to book again!"
"The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the carpets are plush and clean, the bathroom was large, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were welcoming and spoke a variety of languages fluently. The bartender, Folios, gave us lots of suggestions for food and places to go. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Brussels Midi station, which is very convenient. However, the area where the hotel is located is very dirty and unsafe at night. We never had any issues with being accosted or harassed, and did notice a strong police presence in the train station, which was comforting. We only traveled around the area between 8am-7pm. We didn't feel comfortable traveling later than that. We have always had good experiences staying at Radisson properties, so it's a shame that such a nice hotel is stuck in a lousy area."
