"How can I describe, amazing decor, welcoming and friendly staff who were very attentive without being intrusive. The hotel decor is bespoke with amazing attention to detail. Felt more like staying in a family home than a good-sized hotel in a city. The staff were very friendly displaying personality whilst professional. The breakfast was fantastic. We ate once in the brasserie and this was also delicious. This has to be the best hotel I have stayed in by far having travelled to all continents and numerous major cities."

Only negative was their bartenders could not make any mixed drink, even though they had a shelf of liquor: beer & wine only. Still, very nice place."

They helped to print the luggage tag for luggage transfer from Bergen to Oslo.
