"The hotel bedrooms are comfortable, and nice the staff is ok, and the food at the breakfast buffet were ok too, it’s a bit on the expensive side for what it all is, we wanted to check in early and payed $60 extra witch I thought it was a lot since we had already paid $116 a night. And also we order room service and had to return the food because it was extremely salty! It’s convenient that the hotel has 24 hour free airport transfer"

"in its day it was probably a great hotel, but now its lost its appeal. We arrived and we were given a non alcoholic drink during the check in. The elevator is down a set of stairs, no one offered to help us with our bags. We stayed in a suite Room 1444, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, I was surprised that there was no coffee maker in the room and that there was no mini bar. Our stay included free breakfast which was the the neighboring hotel - The Sheraton which is connected. We arrived at 9:00 am, it was a complete gong show, most of the bowls were empty, and the area was packed, took 10 mins to get a coffee. The hotel says there is a free shuttle to the airport, what they don't tell you is the shuttle doesn't start until 10 am. Would I stay here again - probably not, it was ok for 2 nights."
