2/10 Terrible

"No internet for the entire duration of the stay. Staff were unhelpful, offering a "refund" but said we needed to do it through Expedia which the hotel ended up rejecting. Couch cushion had a large stain on the bottom they tried to hide and very little noise dampening in the walls. We could hear everything going on outside and sometimes in other rooms. Toilets filled up with dirt water and staff claimed it was "the city" and offered no help. We ended up using bottle water to brush our teeth just to be safe. Would absolutely not recommend for your trip to Osoyoos, find any other location."

"We had rooms overlooking the golf course. Very clean and spacious rooms - super comfortable beds. We enjoyed the fruit infused water in the lobby and had a nice meal in the Local Eatery. Only downside was the hot tub - when we used it, the chemical used made our eyes sting (even though we didn’t get our faces wet) and we had to get out"

"It appears this hotel/motel has been recently renovated. Everything is very clean, bedding comfortable and bathroom is spotless. The sel serve buffet breakfast has both hot and cold selections. I found the staff were friendly and approachable. There is no restaurant in the hotel but across the street are 2 Italian restaurants within a 3 to 5 minute walk I would return."
